"I needed to switch my flight and it..."
I needed to switch my flight and it was no big deal. They handled it fast and I didn’t have to go through a bunch of hassle, so that was nice.

"Good prices, but the fees could be clearer"
I did find my flight cheaper here than on a few other sites, so I’ll give them that. The booking process was straightforward, but I do feel like the fees weren’t shown as clearly as they could’ve been. It kind of seemed like they were hoping you wouldn’t notice until the end.

"Quick and helpful support"
I reached out about a ticket I had open and was surprised how fast they got back to me. The support team answered clearly, actually looked into the issue instead of sending a generic reply, and had everything sorted out without a bunch of back-and-forth. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

"Clear itinerary, even if I still overchecked everything"
I booked through Kiwi and the itinerary was really easy to follow. The flight times, layovers, and airport info were all in one spot, which was nice because I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of emails. That said, I still kept checking things like three times because I’m paranoid when I travel. But overall, it definitely made the trip feel less stressful, even if I somehow managed to stress myself out anyway.

"Easy booking, but the fees felt preventable"
Booking through Kiwi.com was straightforward, and the flight itself went fine. My only issue was the extra fees that popped up near the end. The price looked like a good deal at first, but once bags and other add-ons were included, it didn’t feel as cheap anymore. that kind of surprise feels preventable if everything was clearer upfront. I’d still say it was okay overall, just make sure you read the details carefully before paying...

"Easy to use on my phone and laptop"
I used Kiwi.com to book a quick trip, it was a really smooth experience. The website loaded fast on my laptop, and I was able to compare flight times without feeling confused or clicking around forever.
The app was just as easy to use on my phone. All my flight details were in one place, the check-in reminders were helpful, and I had no trouble adjusting filters or finding my booking later. I’d definitely use it again

"It worked out, but I was definitely a little nervous!!"
I booked a flight through Kiwi and, to be fair, the ticket came through in the end with no major issues!! So yes, the booking did work, and I got what I paid for.

That said, I didn’t feel totally relaxed while waiting for everything to update. Some of the info took a while to show up, and I ended up checking directly with the airline myself just to feel sure.

For a simple trip, I think Kiwi is probably fine, but I’d be hesitant to use it for anything with tight connections. Giving it 3 stars because it worked, but it wasn’t exactly a stress-free experience!!

"Super easy to add bags later"
I booked my flight first and added my baggage later through kiwi, and the whole process was really smooth. The price was clear before I paid, and I could also add things like seat selection and priority in the same place. I didn’t have to call anyone, which was a big plus. After a few minutes, everything showed up in my trip. Overall, it was a good experience.

“Hello there, Sympathies from a fellow sufferer. I was personally put through to a presumed Customer Guarantee Manager who offered me a full refund after an hour long negotiation. He was even kind enough to waive the refund charge for me (you know they CHARGE you to procure a PARTIAL REFUND with no guarantees otherwise, right?). He was so softly spoken that I was even convined. And yet, 6 months down the line, I have only been reimbursed for the Premium Service Package fee (a laughable GBP18), I sent him an e-mail and got back an automated message saying that this address is no longer being used, directing me to the website, and texted them through there to ask about the status of my refund. These guys are THUGS! My advice to you, if you are still chasing this up 2 years after the fact that is, is to call and call and call, speak to agent upon agent upon agent upon agent irrevocably DEMANDING to speak to the Manager - you could also allude to a lawsuit in no uncertain terms (I did that!), and you might be given a talking head to speak to. But as you can surmise from my story ( I will update you should they reply to my text, although I am not getting my hopes up about it), this will have little to no efficacy on the probability of ever getting your money back.”
